Parks were full Thursday as residents headed outside to enjoy warm temperatures that appeared to finally be breaking.
In Garfield and Wapacuta parks families picnicked, men kicked around a Hacky Sack and disc golfers made their way through the course.
The weekend should offer a decent chance for those around the area to head outdoors. The National Weather Service predicts a partly cloudy Saturday with a chance of thunderstorms growing Sunday. Temperatures should remain in the mid to high 80s.
